Your counselling sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes and take place in a private and confidential setting. I offer face-to-face and online sessions.

Fees

Individual counselling sessions cost £50. I offer a concession rate for counselling students: £30 per session.

What happens when you get in touch?

Making that first contact can feel like the hardest part. When you contact me, I'll respond as soon as I can, and we'll arrange a time to talk about what you are looking for. There is no pressure to commit to ongoing counselling immediately.

It is important that you feel comfortable with your counsellor, so having the opportunity to ask questions and see whether working together feels right is an important part of the process.

Confidentiality

What you share during counselling is treated as confidential, within the professional and ethical boundaries of counselling practice. I'll explain confidentiality and its limits before we begin working together so that you know what to expect.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
